You must commit for both full days
Move in is December 13 at 5:00 pm
Move out is December 15 at 5:00 pm. 

Each artist MUST move in display items on December 13th so as to NOT interrupt the sales of other artists the morning of the sale.

Leave your set-up overnight; the Gallery will be secure

Each artist is responsible for handling their own sales and appropriate taxes

Artists are responsible for providing their own table, chair, exhibit furniture and electronic charging plugs and cables

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event the guild must cancel a class, you will be notified prior to the start date and will be issued a full refund.

Cancellations more than two weeks prior to class are refundable less a 5% service fee. Cancellations two weeks or less prior to class are not refundable unless there is a wait list for the class AND the seat is filled.

Please bring your own lunch and beverages.
