DAY 1: Learn how to use felting needs and make a shape of your choice
Day 2: Wet felting demo and learn how to attach felt to metal or another object

Once a waitlist person has been contacted, they have 24 hours to reply AND pay the registration. If they do not, we will contact the next person on the waitlist.

STUDENTS BRING:
- $25 kit fee payable to Lynda Watson before the workshop begins
- Pens / Pencils
- Notebook
- Camera (phone cameras can work well) for recording samples
- Eye magnification (as needed)
- Objects to attach to felt on Day 2 (metal, wood, beads, stones, rocks, etc.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event the guild must cancel a class, you will be notified prior to the start date and will be issued a full refund.
Cancellations more than two weeks prior to class are refundable less a 5% service fee. Cancellations two weeks or less prior to class are not refundable unless there is a wait list for the class AND the seat is filled.

Lynda Watson, of Santa Cruz, CA, is an artist specializing in jewelry who was awarded two individual National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships and was named Santa Cruz County Artist of the Year. Lynda is a local metalsmith and educator who has been the 2022 National Metal Museum artist of the year and a 2024 ACC Fellow inductee.
Her work has been shown nationally and internationally, is in the permanent collections of museums here and abroad, and has appeared in numerous books and periodicals. A catalog of her work was recently published by the Metal Museum.
Lynda is a long time member of the Monterey Bay Metal Arts Guild
